Who we are

We are a family own business, Ortiz Event & Venue was born from a very special moment in our lives — our own wedding in 2017.

My husband and I handled most of the décor ourselves with the help of family and friends. During that process, I discovered how much I loved creating beautiful spaces and bringing event visions to life.

What started as a simple idea — “What if I turned this into a business?” — slowly grew into something much bigger.

At first, I began decorating events for friends and family just for fun. But as time passed, I realized this passion could become a real business while still allowing me to stay home, raise our three beautiful children, and take care of my family.

As my passion grew, I decided to invest in professional training. I became a Certified Wedding & Event Planner, Certified Florist, and Certified Balloon Artist. Over time, I also developed a love for photography, investing in professional equipment to capture the special moments I help create.

Today, that journey has led us to something we once dreamed about — opening our beautiful event venue and expanding our event services.

Our journey is still growing, and we continue working every day to create unforgettable celebrations for our clients.
